ADMINISTRATION OF ACTS

Supplement to the General Order of 20 April 2009

I, John Mansfield Brumby, Premier of Victoria, state that the following administrative arrangements for responsibility for the following Acts, provisions of Acts and functions will operate in place of the arrangements specified in the Administration of Acts General Order of 20 April 2009, in relation to the Acts specified in the Order.

Minister for Public Transport

Transport (Compliance and Miscellaneous) Act 1983 –

  • Part II Division 1, Subdivisions 2 and 4
  • Part VI, Division 10
  • Part VII, Divisions 4, 4AA, 4A, 4B
  • Except:
    • Part IV

which is administered by the Minister for Roads and Ports

(The Act is otherwise jointly administered with the Minister for Roads and Ports)

Transport Integration Act 2010 – Except:

  • Part 5, Division 2
  • Part 6, Division 3
  • Part 6, Division 4 in so far as it relates to the Linking Melbourne Authority

(These provisions are administered by the Minister for Roads and Ports)

  • Parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 7 and 8

(These provisions are jointly administered with the Minister for Roads and Ports)

Minister for Roads and Ports

Transport (Compliance and Miscellaneous) Act 1983 –

  • Part IV
  • Except –
    • Part II Division 1, Subdivisions 2 and 4
    • Part VI, Division 10
    • Part VII, Divisions 4, 4AA, 4A and 4B

which are administered by the Minister for Public Transport

(The Act is otherwise jointly administered with the Minister for Public Transport)

Transport Integration Act 2010 – Except:

  • Part 6, Divisions 1 and 2
  • Part 6, Division 4 in so far as it relates to Victorian Rail Track and V/Line Corporation

(These provisions are administered by the Minister for Public Transport)

  • Parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 7 and 8

(These provisions are jointly administered with the Minister for Public Transport)

This Order takes effect on 1 July 2010
